Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Teratrade Enterprise, we take pride in the quality of our furniture and woodworks, carefully crafted at our factory in Puncak Alam, Selangor. Every product is inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our standards.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product was delivered in damaged or defective condition.
  • The product delivered is incorrect compared to your order.
  • There is a manufacturing fault that is not due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

👉 Note: Minor variations in color, wood grain, and finishing are natural characteristics of furniture and wood products. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or installed after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or assembly by the customer.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at email [support@teratrade.my] or WhatsApp +6019-476 4841 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  3. Our team will review and confirm if the item is eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return or replacement.

4. Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
  • Original shipping fees and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
  • If a replacement is arranged, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • In cases of partial refund (e.g., excluding shipping or fees), this will be communicated clearly to you before processing.
