We specialize in furniture and custom woodworks, including ready-made designs and made-to-order pieces crafted at our factory.
3. Do you accept custom orders?

4. How do I place an order?

For custom projects, you may reach out via email or WhatsApp, and our team will guide you through the quotation and order process.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major online payment methods via secure payment gateway, including:
FPX (online banking)
Credit/Debit cards

6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on product type and location:
Ready-made items: usually 7–14 working days.
Custom-made items: production time may take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Our team will confirm estimated delivery before shipping.
7. Do you deliver outside of Selangor?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery within Malaysia. Delivery charges are calculated based on location and item size. For large or custom furniture, we may arrange special delivery services.
8. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Shipping fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
10. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, selected products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or natural variations in wood such as grain, knots, or color differences.
11. Can I view the furniture before buying?
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our factory in Puncak Alam, Selangor by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
